I need GTA regular graphics, everything seems like 3D in game [characters, buildings, etc] so I need a regular graphics or tell me the error of this so I can download one. Maybe, timecyc.dat is the problem or what? Just give me a regular graphics or tell me how to download one and fix this shit.

Perhaps one of your mods is installed wrongfully and is causing your game to appear like it, or it is just being a bit of a douche to you, lol.

Try reinstalling specific folders/the entire game and see what happens after that. Or you can try googling "GTA SA Regular Graphics" or something.

Tell us the outcome of you replacing your timesync back to normal. If that works, hit me up. If not, I'll search for more solutions.

Yes, try to remove that file.

set the anti aliasing to 3, if it still looks the same then your pc is probably shit and can't handle it

It was good lol but I actually used my old .rar gta folder which is full of mods so ye, I will download it again and see.

We're not allowed to promote piracy, you'll have to google it yourself, it has nothing to do with timecyc.dat, just try reinstalling your GTA or replacing your ''models'' folder with a original one, I believe your mods have caused this. Tell us if any of the solutions worked.
