    Open Gta SA.exe not samp quit the game after this and then restart ur PC open samp just double click to connect to any server if nothing happens after double click then open ur task manager close "Gta Sa." Which will probably be running in background apps and then try connecting with the server again.

    Try reinstalling both GTA SA and SA:MP and install REL SA:MP addon, it reduces random crashes, increases FPS and shit.
    Hope you will be able to fix that.

    Did you try run the game in windows 8/7/xp/vista ?
    I know lots of people have problems with running it as windows 10.
