I installed Dizz Niccas mod and installed the features said by ramsey to let that mod work when i install those i still got one issue and that is when i run my gta it goes 10 seconds black screen and that stop the program.

Have you tried deleting every component of GTA SA/SAMP, and then redownloading it all?
If that doesn't work, the most common fix is to right click on SAMP, then choose troubleshoot compatibility.
Then choose to run the game in windows 7/8/XP/Vista.
Most seem to be fixed by running in windows 7.
Give that a try and let us know the outcome.
ALSO, have you tried playing the game with no mods at all?

I don't want windows 7 and yes I have played the game before installing this mod.

Have you tried to run a normal enb withouht Cleo / mod installed ( just enb? ). ??

rum the START_RUN AS ADMIN.bat as an admin, it only works in samp though.
