So my computer have been retarded for the past 7 days and I don't know how to fix it. So I accidentally uninstalled my SA-MP and TeamSpeak 3 and after I tried to download it, it opens for a while and closes the file that I want to download and my browser. I've used Youtube to find the solution but the only thing I saw was "Group Policy". I tried searching and searching but I can't seem to find the problem, even my Control Panel is bugged. Help please.

I've fixed the problem but I got this error when I installed:

Even if I tried two options it doesn't work. I tried using CMD, using the .exe or tried archiving it with WINrar, it's no use.
