ENB crashes my game

So I installed WavyDaGod's enb V2 and it started crashing my game, it used to work perfectly but idk what's wrong with it, i installed a clean gta, deleted limit adjuster .asi and .ini, ran both samp and gta.exe as admin, tried anticrasher.cs but i still have the same issue.

If that is my provided GTA then I believe it has a first person cleo mod, did you check the folder and find anything of that type? Maybe some files aren't properly placed? Could be any possibilty I am honestly not into ENBs eh.

Windows 10 doesn't seem to like GTA:SA's ENB mods. Try setting your gta_sa and samp.exe's for windows 7 or anything similar for compatibility(this will also automatically ask you for admin permissions on launching both samp and gta_sa).
I don't know if that fixes it though, just guessing. Windows 10 is an enemy of ENBs.

OT:

I fixed the issue by myself by doing this.

Go to your modloader and make a sub folder named "d3d9 Folder", extract every file of your ENB into your main directory except for the D3D9.dll file. Throw the D3D9.dll file into that sub folder that you just created inside of modloader. It should look like this.
