Most mods don't work with the new version, get rid of them then download the new update into a clean gta folder..
It should work fine after that, you may just need to find newer mod versions if you have any.

I can't seem to play with any mod, my game has to stay clean after this new client. Although I've heard that there are people who are still able to play with mods in 0.3-DL. Anyone got a solution?

Sadly, you cannot play the new samp 0.3DL with vehicle mods. Try removing the vehicle mods and see if that works out.

Remove sampfuncs. I had that issue when I had Silent aim. I hope they update sampfuncs to the latest samp :(
