Sometime it happens when you use some special charecters like " ™ " I believe.

Honestly clueless to what triggers this since I assume this is new to you. Just a thought, but try leaving the field that generates the thread of the title and something simple or a dot. It could be like how the trademark symbol won't allow you to post it in thread titles.
