State the reason for your appeal:

A helper got fired and before leaving he trolled everyone in the server muting all of us suddenly. As admins/helpers saw it was clearly a troll, I assumed they would unmute all of us. It didn't happen. I have found myself a few days ago still muted from newbie.

I'm requesting the unmute because sometimes I have doubts about commands to ask there and to help newbies with answers.

Plus I got muted due the troll of the player not due being warned, etc.

Additional Information:

The date is not exact as I can't remember. I don't remember if the troll was Skully or Danny something, was a very known player.
