I never said it was an invalid but why perm mute? You could've warned me for saying "rip".

Because you are supposed to know how /newb works by now. My actions were as the handbook says.

Players level 20+ abusing:
They will be permanently muted on the spot, they have been here long enough to know not to abuse

I wasn't IG when that happened. Helpers can't keep up with everything that's being said on /newb. We get spammed at times. Next time take a screenshot of whoever abuses and send them to a helper via PM and I assure you, we will mute/warn them if it was abuse.

Your mute was according to rules, so Jessica did nothing wrong. Maybe you should check our rules before abusing over /newb(ie) chat.

Your appeal shows nothing but claiming that you should be warned even you abused but level 20+ abusers receives a permanent mute now, sorry.
