everytime i try to install tommy vercetti mod skin from gamemodding.net when i open the file it says tommy-vercetti-in-hawaiian-shirt-gta-vc-gtasa.exe will be compressed only after closing the application using it modifcations will be lost if you close WinRAR before that.
i need to fix that problem right now i need to install that modifcation

.exe files like that are pretty unsafe to me. What I suggest you should do is instead of downloading the auto installer, download the manual installation .zip file.
