It might have happened because of the gta_sa.set file in your GTA SA User files.
    C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
Try removing it and try to join the servers again, if it doesn't work, reinstall your sa-mp, it only takes a few seconds.

Make sure its downgraded to 1.0 (your GTA), get a no-cd crack aswell.

Tried running it as an administrator?

Try downloading and installing this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl....aspx?id=17718

Try to delete your GTA SA completely from your registry and everything and install it.

It says, I already have that or a newer version installed. Any other solutions? I've tried running in Compability Versions and As Administrator, but no luck.

Re-installing your entire GTA San Andreas folder is a solution to many problems.

Try running your game using the other MP client "MTA" and if it doesn't work, then it's your gta_sa.exe's fault, I had this once but it was SAMP's fault, some bug.

Didn't know you can run SA-MP through MTA. Trying it now. But what if it is my gta_sa.exe's fault? What do I do then?

EDIT: My MTA doesn't want to start up. I had it unisntalled and it said, that I have another instance of it running and it is unable to exterminate it.

I have found the answer! I had another instance of San Andreas somewhy running in the background. Closed it and SAMP works!
