SAMP keeps Crashing

Everytime i click the server, before the game even loads up, my Game crashes. Why does that happen? How can i fix it?

No, I even re-installed SAMP several times

If it starts to load the multiplayer where you have the "SAN ANDREAS MULTIPLAYER" part and crash when it's halfway loaded, you can fix it by changing the name of your San Andreas directory and then relocating it by re-opening SAMP.

basically, rename San Andreas directory -> open samp -> relocate San Andreas directory -> log onto the server

As tyler said, it happens like that only..
But if samp crashes before opening then you can try to uninstall your mods and if it doesn't work then unfortunately you have to re-install you gta san andreas.

Try deleting gta_sa.set from the San Andreas userfiles directory, it's located in "My documents"

Just google or youtube the Exception at Address in the box that pops out when you start SAMP .. Ive got the same bug. Google helped me ..
Im sure there was a video on youtube, but right now i am in school, I will edit this post with the video when i get home .

SA:MP error 0x00746929 is the defect in your SA:MP. Go in the link above and read all the suggestions, post here after going through them and see if any of it work.

I was going to say it, but Byte already posted it on Kash's link

Windows Vista/7/8? If so you might need to run as administrator on both samp.exe and gta_sa.exe, you can set those to always have administrative permissions in the properties, just right click on gta_sa.exe and samp.exe and right click (bring up the context menu) and click properties, go to the compatibility tab and click "Run this program as administrator" then reopen samp.exe and try to connect, if no success try to delete gta_sa.set again.

If all above fails, try moving your gta sa installation to a different (preferably user level) directory, such as your desktop and try again, if all that fails, review everything (I MEAN EVERYTHING) you did before this crash started happening and reverse it.

Most probable cause, even had this.
I suggest you try this first.
