I got still the same issue Dustin.. Im did try all if whats okay but still they are blur.. And how can I fix lag screen?? Im lag when im running and driving also when on a gun shots i got lag shots. But im not totally lag at all. Only lag screens

that why your text is blurry because 600 x 300 x 160 is the lowest resolution possible. change it to 800 x 600 or higher. if you got lag screen try to lower your settings to decrease fps lag and download game booster it helps me a lot. if you do all out of it you won't have the lag like before.

change screen res. To 800 x 600 cuz the lowest make text blurry.
Lower your settings ESC > Options > Display > Advanced
Get a game booster program or any program that decreases fps lag.
Do all above you won't have major lag screen or fps lag.

Put it to the high resolution you don't lag in then use that if you revert it back to smallest you will have blurry text. Did you lower your settings yet Vince?
