    If you don't know it you're probably not using it. Enb is a graphics enhancement mod and dof is depthv of field which comes with the mod.

    The only reason this should ever happen is if you did press "F7". I can't think of any other way, and your resoulion shouldn't have anything to do with the transparency of the chat..

    I bet it has something to do with your video card, is it really bad? I don't think we can give you a file for installing GTA because it's not allowed. Haven't you re-installed your GTA San Andreas already and SA-MP too?

    Has this been solved, if so please post on it. If not, quote this, and explain what is going on still, I'm honestly still unsure, because apparently the F7 thing isn't it. Though, if you're using a laptop, HOLD the "Fn" Key which is at the bottom left of your keyboard, and press F7 again, as that might fix it. You could also try playing around with the resolution.

    I did press many times f7 its working when I press. But still the same occurs.. Maybe its because of the video card

    This guy is overlooking the actual fix

    just reinstall your game, you say you will do it but you ask for the gta installer? It's a CD or steam, you obviously either pirated it or got a computer with it already on it

    delete all the things and reinstall all the things

    check your resolution and tell me your resolution my cousing had this problem too , its beacuse of your graphic you should get a bigger Monitor IMO
