    Mine is the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600, but it's doing the same thing as me and I'm on Windows 8 not 8.1

    Not sure, try installing that driver I mentioned in another post, hopefully it'll work because it's still in the 4000's.
    I guess if it says incompatible it won't work, otherwise it should just say the driver is older than the current one installed (Which is what it needs to be)

    There's not really a way for me to tell which one is the correct one, I never had the issue on my own computer so I never had a chance to test how to fix it. I wish you good luck with finding a solution for it, I spent some time Googling up this issue and downgrading the graphics drivers is the only fix for it that I've seen posted so far.

    Dude, no offence but your graphics card really sucks. I find it hard how you paied 1200$ for it. It's Graphics card's fault obviously. Try reinstalling drivers or something. Also, make sure you're installing correct driver.
