    It happens to me too sometimes when the application is still open, then try using ctrl + alt + delete --> task manager --> and close gta_sa.exe
    If doesn't work then you should try rebooting your PC
    If still doesn't work, remove your gta_sa.exe reboot your PC and then get a new one

    Your game could be corrupted in a particular section which leads to your PC not compiling the software.
    There are numerous possibilities for a problem to be solved. If you're so sure that it's your PC's problem, then change your PC or buy a new one.
    If you want help, be polite. If you can't be polite then don't ask for help from us. Simple.
