This does not concern me, but my friend IRL. He wants to start playing in SARP, so he downloaded san andreas, SAMP, etc, etc..

He tries to register in-game, but every time he starts SARP, the server responds '' You are banned from this server. '' Out of the blue, a non-registered player.

Anyone got any ideas why this might be?

If he just downloaded the game then he most likely hasn't made an account; Make another appeal saying I might be range banned or my IP is banned. Then the appealer will most likely say PM me your IP. Once he has done that then wait for a response from him.
