i paid for unmute means i have 0 warnings
then i got warned once by clark for insulting and now it says im banned im supposed to have 1/3 warns

That's how it works. When you /requestadunmute, your mute gets removed but your warnings stay. Whenever you get warned once again, you get an automatic mute.

Pay for an unmute and you get unmuted. Your warnings don't get reset, so if you abuse and get warned once you'll be auto-muted for having former warnings.

The only way a warning would be removed is if it was a mistake.
