To be honest, no but big part of them are bugged and you're crashing really much and the only way to get it fixed is to re-install the game and you can't know which one is bugged, which one is not.

Sometimes when you have carmods, you can't turn your mousescreen in the modded for Some reason but it doesn't make my GTA crash.

If you're talking about changing all of the cars It will create lag depending on your computer specifications.
