Why can't i see any players or cars?

Hey, Recently today i logged in to the server and i couldnt see any players or vehicles but i could still use the normal cmd's!. I tried re-logging many times but still got the same outcome! Please help, I don't have any other programs running.. Screen shots can be provided if needed.

If that doesn't work you may need to reinstall the game.

I think you've got a low connection that's why, just restart your wife "route", and then restart your computer, also reinstall your sa-mp, and if you also have mod's that you download, REMOVED it.

Note: You can use /fixvw , InGame.
