It's hard to do that because it really depends on what you need.
For example; If you need a text that has a shadow or not, or a text with a specific color. You can just ask anyone to help you. I can personally help you if you want to.

If you got an HTML code, you can simply make a text and then save the text as .html, then load it's location on the url site.

Fore example; I made the .html text in my Folder D, then you can use this format or just directly put D:/ in the url location. I hope that you got the answer that you are reaching for
