    First of all, you need to install "cleo", http://cleo.li/ download it from here, put it in your GTA file, then download the GTA V hud you want, move it to GTA and then everything's alright!:).

    You should install CLEO first and put it in your GTA file then install the mod and put it in your GTA file and then it should work.

    Yes, you need cleo 4 and the mod. You install cleo then add in the mod.
