Same with me, Just restart your router for 5min, and delete some not important folder's.

Then come back, If still not, You had a low connection.

1) Change your internet provider.
2) Buy another router and modem, connect it with your internet.
3) Register it and use it.
4) There are hackers attempting to shut the server down these days - this might be the main reason if it is not from you..

My ping is now 160-180, even though my internet isn't that high, thus there's something wrong in your internet, try turning off your router, wait 10secs, and turn it on again, If it doesn't work, restart your PC and make sure you don't open much softwares that attract internet.

Also, when can I know when this happened? might be something related to the DDOS yesterday, there was a huge lag in the whole server.

If you used hotspotshield your internet connection will be good, But If you enter at game nor in SA-RP, It will be lagged.

I've done with that, I just change my my Internet provider and the lagg'ed was gone.

Well, I am absolutely sure that using your 3/4G from your cellphone is not going to let you play, plus that you are using your cellphone which is taking internet connection from an satellite and then your computer is using it like an WiFi router..
If you're about to play and get active you must get yourself Internet from an internet providers in your home because using your phone won't let you do it

Might be clearly what Antonio said, every 11th of a month i get megabytes back and at the end of the month, i lose it, it might just be that or it might be your rooter problem, i dont think you have tried EVERYTHING yet. :P
