We shouldn't provide you a link to download GTA, however you can use this very helpful searching engine called www.google.com and search for one by yourself.

wow i'm not dumbass i found 100links but it takes like 5H and i dont have paki internet so im looking for link that it takes like 20mins or smth like that not paki links

It is different for each country, you need to search for the exact website yourself and as he mentioned already, you should use μTorrent ( http://www.utorrent.com/ ), you can also purchase GTA San Andreas with real life money.
