Hello, Everyone. I need some help, i try to load my GTA SAMP then these codes come up. Here are some images. Please help

I just tried that, I've tried to re-install the game, and SAMP. Nothing has helped, so far.

Okay, thanks for the help so far. I've got most of it down, I used my other administration account. And while I was coping it it said like "You need permission to perform this action"

Found this comment when trying to find your problem:
The problem you're facing is (imo) caused by a missing dependency which might have been removed either with your uninstalling of ZA firewall either with one of the problems above. I don't know what was deleted and you're going to have to install a process which will tell you what dependencies the program you're trying to run has.

Does this error appears in other programs you're trying to run?

Restar your windows
