to add to nick's words, if you have decent experience and good rp / knowledge of rules, you need to put a reasonably decent amount of effort into your answers, many failed this part and got denied regardless of their past leo experience.

Exactly. Have good RP skills, Level 7 and put an effort in your Application (Right a decent amount of words like 150+ in the narrative sections) then you may have a chance.

Ah alrighty then. IRL the FBI don't really consider Law Enforcement experience as a major factor. As long as they have a good 4 year education and if they're really good candidates, they're a go in the bureau.

Also adding to this, the other reason as to why ranks don't play a factor in getting into FBI is because you could've easily got that rank without earning for example: The leader promotes a specific individual just because they have a close relationship. Like stated above, they are only looking for your skills and professional determination.
