Okay bro, yes you can run that enb, but not smoothly. So basically, you're willing to encounter a few lag spikes now and then, but generally it will work fine.

The easiest way to download the textures is; Google - "Download San Andreas Modloader" once you get the files, extract the modloader folder and modloader.asi along with CLEO in your main directory. As soon as you do that, you may create a new folder in the modloader folder and extract the textures in that folder.

If i were you, i wouldn't extract the "tree's" folder, because usually vegetate mods cause game crash as soon as you press ESC to fix your IG settings. Everything else should be fine.

don't be doubtful, there are no shadows in that enb.. you can run it, but it's always your choice, just trying to help you.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't cause any kind of lag, it's just a low ENB, you could also try Dominic's one, I have it and also had Ziip's one and they never caused any kind of lag and I also tried re-installing them and checking if the game would change but it's the same with or without the ENBs( Dominic's and Ziip's ) so don't worry.

I personally think, just back up your clean GTA folder or the one that you are using, then try the mods out. But do it one by one, meaning doing the enb > skin > cars and so forth.

I doubt many people are good with their specs and how they work.

download asiloader and modloader.

put the modloader in your directory

drag all the files in the texture folder into modloader and your done.

Let me try to reinstall GTA SA again, cause the ENB came with the textures and shit, give me a few to reply back.

I think it's the ASI files that's fucking it up. but i put everything in the modloader file and dragged it to the GTA directory like said. The only thing fucking up is the ASI that's not letting me go IG.
