Thread has been updated. We are going to follow all regulations from now rigorously, we advise all the players to read the regulations and use /newb(ie) chat accordingly. We are facing many issues IG so we are doing our level best to provide a good environment for our upcoming newbies and supply sufficient information to let newbies enjoy their stay IG.
We already announced a new policy for level 20+ players and again I am repeating it.
If you abused the /newb(ie) chat as level 20+ then it would be a permanent mute mean neither you can request it nor even you can serve specific time period to get unmuted mean it would be a permanent mute. He needs to make an appeal(newbie chat appeal) and has to pardon and promise that he wouldn't repeat it and then he might get unmuted.Keep in your mind that it's a permanent mute for level 20+ abusers mean you wouldn't be able to use it again or request an unmute(IG) unless unmuted by a helper.
