Had the same problem on Windows 8 aswell.

i prefer you to reinstall windows 10
you might got virus some where hidden in it. When was the last time you install this windows on this pc?

lol shiity CPU ? he plays gta V with fps of 60 .
his specs are perfect to play game smoother, might be a virus in some directories of his pc. causing too much lag when he starts the sarp.

With old games like this, no, it does not bottleneck. Suprisingly i dont bottlneck on gta either. One thing fixed the fps thing though once, i was testing out mods and when i like copied my gta folder to another drive or something, it didnt drop a single frame. idk if that will still work but i should try it.

Unfortunately there are over-loaded objects on San Andreas Roleplay, it might be one of the reasons why you're lagging try to avoid places which has innumerable objects around, it will surely help you out.

Second way is to remove modifications if you've successfully installed them before.

I dont think thats the thing causing lag, begause i had a way shittier gpu like a while ago that ran the game at 97fps without dropping a single bit, but i could be wrong. I only have 1 mod, just diffrent animations.

Animations don't cause lag, only effect fps by a few frames.

Only thing I can think of is skin mods, some skin mods cause major lag when loading in a MP server causing lag and eventually desync.

Do you get messages such as "Unable to load model:XX" or "Model XX couldn't load in time"

Ive seen that message like twice i think, but that was a while ago.

I've had the same issue since the new update, it's the excessive amount of mapping's around SARP. I went from getting the same FPS as you, about 80-90; down to about 20 in some areas.

Your PC could be the actual problem which drops off the fps.

You have to go to settings and put the frame limiter off and head back ingame and /fpslimit 90, that might help. You might lag due to the huge amount of objects - mappings in the position you are in, in which that's an SARP problem..

Do you have mods installed? Sometimes mods make your game laggy.

I only have 1 mod, and its just some diffrent animations for running etc. frame limiter is on like 97fps, i think. i run gta 5 on ultra settings etc etc with better fps than i get on samp.. idk it could be something with my windows not sure

Maybe it's your internet connection or your FPs is too bad... What's the type of your PC you are using. The windows you are installing might be heavy on the PC and making it slow

Wait a second. Do you happen to play in windowed mode? Try pressing ALT+ENTER and go into window mode if ur FPS still doesnt work go back into full screen, if still not FPS....

Make sure your normal home resolution (i.e desktop) matches the one you're using in GTASA/SAMP.

If none of those work then RIP to you.

i play full screen 1920x1080. been on windowed mode like twice (alt+enter) but nothing really changed. and yes, that home res thingy matches
