What's the most crowded division in the LSPD at the moment?

And which division barely has any member? Just wondering.

Training and Recruitment and High Speed Intervention Unit are the divisions which have the least members.
Special Weapons and Tactics and The Detective Bureau has the most members of the LSPD.
Administration is there in the middle.

I hope this answers your question.

One more thing, how competitive is TDB or SWAT? Is it easy to get in or do you really have to tear your hair apart to get recruited?

It isn't competitive, those are completely different divisions which do different jobs. SWAT assists TDB, and TDB assists SWAT of course.

You have to apply for TDB. After you apply, the division leader will post your application on the private section. Then, you have to get 2 or 3 recommendations from the detectives. If you pass, you get an interview. But it's nearly impossible not to get accepted, you just have to possess mid-basic roleplay skills and have a good behaviour. There is an alternative of getting handpicked, but it is rare.

For SWAT, you can either apply, ask for an interview or get handpicked. It is traditionally considered an easy division to join along with Administration and Training and Recruitment, but you get more functions with SWAT than any other divisions, you get 3 to 4 more vehicles to use, M4A1 and SPAS-12 to carry with you, etc.

    Depends on what you want:

If you want a way into FBI, you choose TDB, it's the casual division to join in this case. You have to work hard when it comes to stings and casefiles, though.
If you want to kick some ass and gain more vehicles and weapons, you choose SWAT.
If you want to train or recruit members, you choose TnR.
If you want to administrate the forums and do forum work, choose Administration.
If you want to drive fast cars, you choose HSIU.

There's one more division I forgot, and that is Internal Affairs Bureau. It's still raising up and getting fully active. So, if you want to bust some corrupt officers, you join this division. You have to really try hard, because it's handpicked.

TDB has the most members, at least when I was leading it. We reached 9 at some point
