    Tijuana Cartel...

    I'm guessing well known gang leaders can join the Tijuana Cartel? Also, is it a bannable offense in regards to revealing a Cartel member's name? Just wonderin'

    As I know you'd have to Roleplay with them in order to be in the Cartel.

    Revealing a Cartel member isn't bannable seeing as players have the Usergroup on their main account.

    To join Cartel, just roleplay a Hispanic for a while and they might recruit you.

    I belive it works the same as the old drug lord factions, you need a recommendation to join. Reveling them will not get you banned since they are pretty much public on forums.

    You need to be known for gang RP, mexican gang RP to be precise since this is Tijuana Cartel.
    Cartel/Syndicate leaders mostly reveal themselves and use their main forum acc. unlike the HA. However, some members prefer to stay undercover so I suggest not to reveal people who no one knows about.

    Cartel members are already revealee, BUT you may NOT reveal the leaders name.

    If the gang leaders are well known roleplayers, then they might get handpicked, depends on the leaders choice.

    You dont have to roleplay Hispanic to get in, as long as you can roleplay and they recommend you/notice you you'll get in. And if you reveal their UNDERCOVER names you can get in trouble for it but not original names since they are public on forums.

    You may reveal their name, but not their undercover names. I don't know why they've decided to go public again, but it's their decision. Well known gang leaders won't get easily invited. You might've had a chance back before the purge happened. But Mike Saint only handpicks people with decent roleplay history/curriculum.

    You can reveal anything you know ICly however OOCly there is no rule on Cartel revealing. To join, You either need to show some good Hispanic RP, be corrupt for them, get recommended by an existing member.
