There is the application format as far as we know they've been moved to another website and they don't exist on San Andreas Roleplay's official website anymore.

I think they don't have an age limit, but you can go check on the links. Of course, it might not be written there, but you gotta think RP'ly would an seventy year old go for the PD, hehe? Basic logic like that. And all of the above. Plus, you could of just clicked LSPD on the factions and families section.
