Guys, can anyone teach me to use photoshop? And the application's name, I've watched youtube and kinda' not understand, please?

I wouldn't say this is fit for Technical Assistance as 'teaching' to use any application can be broad in general.
Do you have any specific question? If so I'll answer it since I've been using Photoshop and C4D for years but I prefer Video Editing.

If you do have any specific questions just add my Skype below my Profile Picture and I'll give you a few basic lessons and support, probably best to contact a member from the Graphics Team however as they may be able to give you more professional lessons. (If they can find the time).

Unfortuneately we cannot post links to downloads here, but I can most certainly tell you the name, well the one that is mostly used and is recommended is Adobe Photoshop CS6.

Try typing in YouTube beginners guide to photo shop, it can be downloaded from Adobe web page. Hope this helps

You can always learn from the tutorials in the graphic section. There are guides on how to blur, make signs etc.

You may get the Photoshop cs6 extension for one month, and try your best to improve a lot within that month.
If you're looking to improve at graphics designing, then there are more than couple of ways to do so.

-The first way is to use youtube/google as people normally do.

-The third way is to use the tricks you currently know and discover new tricks by your own.
