when someone hits a player, or.. a car hits, Idk but the player starts speaking, I'll post the time of the example in videos, wait for the next reply.
What I mean is, like NPCs speaking, or when u send a SMS or a SMS is sent to you, you get that sound idk, sexy one.
How to get like these.

It should already come with the original GTA sound files and when you walk into people, you'll hear the noise or just go and VM Jayden for his sound mod if he's using any.

Obviously you don't have the sounds because you couldn't bother paying $19.99 to actually buy the game and downloaded it off a random website without sounds(the sound directory is 3GB IIRC).

Buy the game and you'll have the sounds, simple.

Well, to be honest I myself play a pirated version of San Andreas, and yes it does include the sound files which would in normal cases not be provided. You just have to search for it a bit harder. When nothing helps, torrent is your best friend.

The way SAMP works is pretty much using the original GTA SA code. When you hit someone in GTA SA lightly, sometimes they would speak. Though, the sms sound is something new I believe that was added in with SAMP, as you can't text in GTA SA due to it being like the 90's.

Try to replace your current gta.sa with a downupgraded one and it gonna work perfect.

Simple. Search in youtube "How to fix SFX and streams in GTA SA". I could send links but I don't know if SARP supports it or no. After you search, in the description download the files. Replace the files that you downloaded with your current ones.
Example:
You have a SPC_PA file in your Audio >> SFX. Replace the file that you downlaoded with this one. Do the same with all files and this should work that's what I did.
