I upgraded to windows 10 and suddenly the Map Edior is not working..
what to do?

It works fine for me. Try putting it in your GTA Folder then running it from there. Be sure GTA SA + SA:MP is closed and otherwise restart your PC and try to start it fresh from there.

Upgrading to Windows 10 won't provide such a fluid experience as simply installing Windows 10 fresh. As such, it can corrupt drivers and cause other similar problems. What error are you getting when trying to run Map Editor? Does it just not open?
