I keep on crashing.

I just went on singleplayer and seen no mods what so ever, I guess I installed a clean one.

I am sure this is a problem with my samp.

Have you tried multiplayer with the new game?

I got this a few days ago, I'm not really sure about the cause however a clean install worked. Try purchasing the game digitally(download it from a store, I'd advise against the steam version).

Delete all GTA SA related file forever and install a fresh new clean and the only one GTA SA
Before installing the SAMP use this (0.248_W8_Crashfix.zip)
Run it over Admin and it should start the single play. Once it worked and playing smooth, get the SAMP install on the GTA SA file that you installed the 0.248 file.
