Rules exist for a reason therefore it will be unfair for other people who got their complaint appeal closed because of insufficient evidence. You are excepted to acquire screenshots so we will discuss if you got fairly warned or mute, we can not do anything regarding this case and it'll also take a while to get logs checked.

/requestnewbieunmute is the best option for you.
