I posted ^ to indicate to read the above message, as I was also talking to a newbie about why he was most wanted.

How is it spam to write "^"? If I wrote the exact same thing Skylar said would it have been different?

For a level 15, yes.
As a level 15 you should know typing those kind of things are considered as spam and can result in a vaild warning which happend here.
