Your Question:
So sometimes when I exit GTA SAMP using esc then quit game like always, sometimes my screen will go completely black and I cannot do anything except force shutdown the computer on the computer tower, power button.
Making me have to restart my whole computer when it happens.
I don't know if this is a SAMP bugged or not, but I want it fixed ASAP as I know force shutting down a computer can harm it.

So someone PLEASE give me the answer to fix this.

Snap a picture of your PC specifications and let me see.
Did you tried decreasing the resolution? What's the maximum resolution you can go or you are currently using?
Try resetting your PC video graphic card to default, if does not helps, try running the game by administrator, if it works, let me know.

It has nothing to do with the specs of the PC. You're just shit out of luck, this happens to everyone from time to time. It doesn't appear to happen as much in Windows 10 though, as I have noticed. When you do Ctrl + Alt + Delete the Task Manager will come up, if you usually just press "delete" then "enter", it will close GTA SA assuming that it's at the top of the task manager.

There is no fix for this, or workaround. I have a second monitor, so I'm able to just keep Task Manager open, and close GTA out that way.

I have two monitors as well, problem is...
It blacks out both, not just the main one that GTA was on, but my extra one as well that only had google open.
Happens everytime.

Been searching and digging for the issue, as Phelps said, couldn't find a shit about it, I'd advice you to get windows 7, it worth it and is perfect.

Re-install SAMP, and try to remove the ENB mod if you have in.

Started happening to me when I installed hacks but sometimes it happens on its own and you have nothing to do with it.

Happened again earlier when I /q'd, fuck. I think it is hacks but it never happened until recently. You won't get a much better answer. I'm just going to put up with it I think.

could create a .bat

notepad -> enter this:
taskkill /F /IM "gta-sa.exe" /T
save as *.bat
create shortcut, specify hotkey to shortcut (properties -> shortcut key)
when it happens... use the shortcut, should terminate it.
