Correct. Checking the box allows access, whereas unchecking the box will prevent access. After, switch off any anti-virus software you have (such as AVG, Norton, Kaprasky) and then restart your computer, make sure you switch off any anti-virus software before you test your SAMP client though. Once you've done so, fire up your SAMP client with 'Run as Administrator' by right clicking samp.exe and selecting > Run as Administrator and try the 'internet' tab on your SAMP client, you should hopefully get servers now.

I am facing the same problem, I got some server IPs into my favorite list, sometimes SARP works and sometimes other server shows as above you have shown.
Waiting might fix it, I suggest to re-install whole GTA SA or SAMP, it might be solution for it.

still got nothing in "the internet" tab
then still one way to fix just uninstall and reinstall GTA SA etc. ?

Uninstall your anti-virus, it's possible it's blocking your samp.exe, give that a try. Originally Posted by Allen_Smith
