Like everybody told you, uninstall your game, install it again and then install SAMP. This must fix all of your problems. If it does not, then you must be doing something wrong.

What's your OS?
What's your specifications?

What errors do you get when your game crashes?
What modifications did you previously have installed?

Answer these questions and I'll get back to you, before you do reply though, try the guide I made below for me. It usually works with bad modifications which reappear even after fresh installs, causing games to still crash sometimes, rare but it does happen.

My system is of Windows 7
Both singleplayer and multiplayer start and crashes in between the loading screen.
I had the car mod in Page 1 and GTA 5 HUD only.

I removed all the modifications, I deleted all the mod files

I deleted all the files and User Files and took GTA from my brother Punk and downloaded fresh SAMP
It's working perfect now, can be answered
