Your Question:
I'm having weird issues with my laptop, I can't browse or buffer, but I can ping samp servers, the weird thing is, I can't ping SARP at all, but other servers are working completely fine, is that only me or the server is down as a whole?
And do anyone somehow know why I can't browse around yet in the meantime can connect to samp servers?! Is the windows corrupt? It's not activated and it's windows 10, do I have to re-install the windows?!

Restart your client/net/PC and it will fix itself. Try it in that order.

1) Delete the server from the list and re-add it again.
2) Restart your router and restart SAMP.
3) Restart your PC
4) Re-install GTA.

This is getting weird, I tried keeping my router turned off for a good 5 minutes, and now it says retrieving info.
I am feeling I am jailed, can't breath what the crap, take me out of this situation oh my god. :O

Well, are you using a broadband internet? I personally use mobile data for SARP, sometimes it gets bugged that SARP doesn't get pings, shows 0 pings. The solution for that is:
1. Try to uninstall whole GTA SA and SAMP and install in a new folder which you can locate at any partition except '"C".
2. Wait at least 10-15minutes.
3. Try to check that your internet is running fine, check internet plug, or WiFi signals strength.
Pending player - 24 hours.

The browser was fucked up, I re-installed it and it worked, plus the server's working after Rellex made the GMX.
Came out that my browser was outdated and had some unwanted extensions automatically installed due to what it was acting pathetic.
Can be closed and moved.
