For mods, you can google them and find what you want, I also suggest visiting some modding websites, Gamemodding is the best because it got auto mod installation, you don't need to install them yourself, you just download the setup file and it'll get the mod in your GTA:SA with the ability to uninstall the mod whenever you want.
