Your Question:
So I installed photoshop and runned it but it wasn't responding and after waiting for a couple of minutes it didn't run so I tried image ready. Image ready was working but PS wasn't.I have PS 7.0.Any way to fix it as I just installed it.

Trick 1:
First, open C > Users > User (Your user name) > App data (its hidden folder) > Roming > Adobe > Photoshop then Photoshop 7.0 (Photoshop 7), open that folder > Photoshop settings > delete all Preference files, then try to run it.
Trick 2:
Start photoshop, when photoshop is loading, press CTRL + Shift + Alt then press Ok.

Well, I have never tried running Adobe Photoshop 7.0 on windows seven, and yeah it isn't compatible to windows seven, I suggest you to try following solution and it might works for you.
First, go to location of Photoshop 7.0 and go to Properties of .exe file of Photoshop. Go to compatibility and then set compatibility to Windows XP and run it.
