Did you install the ASI Loader and modloader? Also make sure that you have seperated folder for each modifications.

Use IMG tool or ASI tool if you have a .txd and .dff mod, use the auto setup if its manual install.

How are you installing the modifications right now?
What modifications are they?

What SAMP error codes does it give you? / What happens after the crash?

Hey there,
I suggest you use modloader for easier mod managing, also you can check my guide if you installed a ENB and it's crashing click here
You can also try re-installing your mods on a clean GTA or you might aswell try installing ASI loader which can be found here
