Don't copy anything from Microsoft Word or wherever you are working with your application, ( example: biography ). Just put random letters on your application and post it. Afterwards, go to /EDIT/ and you may now copy and paste youor work at this moment.

I believe the forums was bugged. Maybe still is.
As people suggested, try posting an application where every question is filled with a . or Test_Test or Bug_Bug so then you can go and hopefully edit your application more!
