why when i press ~T~ to write anything i cant see the mouse? and when i press to taplist to check players i cant see the mouse too , but when i press esc i will see it , can you answe rfast?

Check the root folder where you installed SAMP. Can you find a .png image named "mouse"? If not then simply google this "sampgui + mouse". Download the .png files in the directory stated above.

If you really cant see the mouse,
Try Reinstall your SAMP and GTA SA (just in case)

This is issue with your SAMP files. I suggest you to reinstall the SAMP.
