Hello, I recently have had to re-download my gta sa folder and lost my ELM modifications. I remember how to download them so i went on youtube to get a link. I found some ones that flash Red, Blue, and the regular headlights and thought they were pretty cool so i downloaded them. Right when i logged IG my game crashed, meanwhile i dont have the best PC, so i thought my PC wasnt good enough to run them so i found just regular head and tail light ones and still when i log IG i crash or they dont work. My PC is good enough to run the regular ones because i have had them before.

I am asking what i could to get them or if the links i used were bad, or am i able to turn my game settings down to be able to get the better ELM mods?

Whenever installing modifications in GTA I'd suggest you to use ModLoader. It gives you the ease of removing the mod whenever you do not desire it without messing with the stock GTA files. It seems that the ELM wasn't compatible with your game and due to a overwrite it prevents the game from launching. Get a fresh GTA and install ModLoader. And find the desired mod and paste it in a new folder within the modloader.
