• Restart your router.
• Reinstall SA-MP.
Brother what does that has to do with the server? It is your internet connection, call your internet service provider and complain him for the mess, the best I can advise you is try keeping your internet modem or router turned off for a couple of minutes, let's say five minutes and then turn it on again, or try re starting your computer/laptop, could be a samp bug if not internet.

Then I guess some of your samp files are gone corrupt? Did you tried re installing a fresh samp client? If not please do, if the problem persists, delete gta sa as a whole(the whole folder) and get the one which is in your other computer. Pending poster to check if keeping the internet off for 5 minutes works or not.

Maybe your internet is slow. You need to restart your router. If it doesn't work then check either any download running in the background. Close all your background download and every single program running, and then try to run it.

I hope any of these replies has sorted your problem out, awaiting player 12 hours.

None of the same solutions brought up help.
-Restart your router. Done that and it didnt help.
-Reinstall SAMP: Done that, didnt help.
-Close all background apps - Done that, didnt help.

Can someone come up with a useful answer? And not the same old answers?

This is currently happening to me right now, we both have the same problem. I get this everyday. What I do to fix it is
1. Delete the server from your favorite list on SAMP.
2. Close SAMP.
3. Turn off your router. (Note: Use the power button)
4. As soon as your router turns off, immediately turn it back on.
5. If this doesn't help, try reseting the router via your router's User Control Panel.
- If this doesn't work, I suggest to skip step 4 and leave your router off for about 5 - 10 minutes.
Extra information : I've tested this out multiple times and it has worked for me.

Thanks Phoenix.
Now, for the helpers. Can I please get a solution which doesnt involve turning off/on router, because thats not the solution. I've stated it that my other computer works but the laptop DOESNT.
