That should mean you have slow internet connection or internet issues. Try contacting your internet service provider. But first before you do so, I'd say close any background applications that uses up your internet, revoke other people's access to the wifi, and/or reset your router a few times. If this doesn't happen to fix your problem, that's the time when you should contact your internet service provider, upgrade your plan, or switch to another ISP that's providing fast internet.
